A mix of baby yoga, massage and developmental play. suitable from 8 weeks. The perfect parent and baby class. this class is an ideal follow on from any beginners course.
The class aim is to nurture parent and baby, with gentle stretches for parents breathing exercises mindful meditation we create a love bubble for yourself and your baby.
With songs, rhymes, games, tummy time activities and settling techniques.
